create and manage wishlists
save products from external websites
share lists
create public profiles

wantic does not sell any products and acts solely as a platform.

4. Third-Party Content

All products originate from external providers.

wantic is not a seller
contracts are between user and third-party providers
wantic is not liable for products or services

Affiliate links may be used.

5. User Accounts

Users can register via:

Email
Apple
Google
Facebook

Users are responsible for their account security.

6. User Content

Users may create content such as:

wishlists
saved items
notes

Users are responsible for their content.

7. Subscriptions

wantic Creator PRO

€9/month or €79/year
Auto-renewable

Features:

unlimited lists
no branding

8. Payments

Payments are processed via Apple or Google.

9. Cancellation

Subscriptions must be cancelled via the respective app store.

10. Refunds

Refunds are handled by the app store.

11. Liability

wantic is not liable for third-party content or external products.

12. Governing Law

German law applies.
